Investigate a satanic cult in a background reminiscent of The Ninth Gate or Foucaults Pendulum. About five hours of gameplay. Youll discover the story through talking-heads dialog between the characters, intermixed with "find your way out of this locked room" puzzles. The voice over is great, but the animation is limited and the dialog is linear - youre not controlling the outcome. Puzzles are generally nonsensical and often impossible to guess without trying every object on every hotspot and other objects, hoping to stumble onto what the game designers had in mind. The hint system is nearly no help. You can enjoy three different endings if you remembered to use the Save feature.
Not suitable for children: dialog includes the F word, and brief scenes of blood and torture. Some audio glitch on iPad 2, perhaps avoided on earphones.
